Our coffees made from carefully selected, premium 100% Arabica beans sourced directly from the best coffee estates in India. We curate the best artisanal specialty coffee experiences in Mumbai paired with other natural flavours like smoked Cinnamon, Bourbon Vanilla, Couverture Chocolate & roasted Hazelnuts etc, free of any refined sugars, artificial flavours & syrups.

Our Team
Atil Pavesha
Atil’s exposure to world travels and a keen eye of understanding good quality food was always prominent. After pursuing his master’s and working in different parts of the world for years, Atil developed a passion for well deconstructed food, where the ingredients played the major role in the whole dish. However, once he completed his education abroad, his marketing career was a range of profiles with large marketing agencies, until he ventured into his own marketing company. Overseeing top quality production and bringing out of the box ideas for international brands, gave him an eye for perfection. Apart from work, Atil has led an extremely physically active lifestyle through workout & horse riding for over two decades, and a strong factual belief that food plays an essential part in your active lifestyle. Having explored a range of diets to achieve his fitness goals, Atil saw balanced and nutritious eating habits as a key for sustenance. During the first lockdown, after much research and exploration, the now-founders decided to diversify the existing business with a new food brand called True Fit Gourmet. Atil’s vision was to offer globally sourced ingredients and create top quality dishes that are wholesome & in sync with sustaining a good healthy lifestyle. After scaling the cloud kitchen successfully, Atil knew it was time to give our thousands of loyal customers a true dine-in experience but not just with food. Atil had a clear vision on how the interiors, presentation, customer experience for True Fit Gourmet stood for, Today, the brand offers a range of artisanal beverages like top quality coffees made with 100% single origin arabica beans, smoothies made with quality imported ingredients, coolers & juices. Atil’s vision is to change the way people approach clean eating by offering one of a kind food and beverage selections at True Fit Gourmet.
Dipti Gohel
After pursuing degrees in Consumer psychology and an plethora of experiences in the corporate media world, starting a marketing firm was quite the go to choice for Dipti. After successfully making a mark in the marketing world with MNCs & brands for years,
During the first lockdown after seeing a big change in the way everyone started prioritizing health first and after much thought as a team, we came up with the idea of diversifying our business by starting a food brand called True Fit Gourmet.
It matched Dipti’s passion for curating unique culinary experiences coupled with clean, sustainable & balanced eating. Dipti has been leading a fitness inspired lifestyle because of her passion for horse riding, and other forms of workouts.
My vision was to serve the kind of wholesome, consciously cooked, modern, light, gourmet food that we would love to enjoy every single day without any diet implications. The initial thought was to start small & serve sandwiches & salads principally, however with our drive to offer more to our customers, we expanded the menu to what it is today and always exploring. My vision is to change the existing notion of Healthy food is boring food or only related to different types of diet fads, by serving well balanced meals consisting of the ideal nutrition of good carbohydrates, lean protein, vitamins, fiber & healthy fats. Dipti is a self-taught food innovator who consistently strives & leads the way to create dishes using fresh, high quality globally sourced ingredients & focusing on the natural flavours & benefits of the ingredients. After 2 years of successfully scaling the business as a cloud kitchen and offering customised healthy catering solutions to International brands, the founders decided it was time to give our customers the true gourmet dine-in experience with our first café in Bandra.
Dipti had a clear vision on how the interiors, presentation, customer experience for True Fit Gourmet stood for. Today the brand offers a wide range of wholesome food like Salads, Sandwiches, Tartines, Gluten Free Salad Wraps, Gourmet Bowls, Guilt free desserts as well as Artisanal beverages. She intends to make True Fit Gourmet a successful chain for gourmet food and beverages in the country.
